Delivery

On the ROSALY Suisse website, it is only possible to place an order to a Swiss delivery address.

If you wish to order from another country, please go to the site: rosaly-cosmetics.com

Order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Following this, 2 working days are added for delivery. Which makes a total of 3-5 business days, as mentioned during the payment process at the "shipping" stage.

Please keep in mind that during public holidays (including Saturday and Sunday) the shipment is not processed by ROSALY or the shipping service.

ROSALY is not responsible for possible delivery delays which may be affected, natural events, strikes or delays by our service providers, nor for additional costs, return costs once the package has been shipped.

Parcels which cannot be delivered by our shipping partners due to lack of details in the delivery address, parcels refused by the customer or parcels which have not been collected at the post office will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our central warehouse. A cancellation fee of 7chf will be deducted from the total amount before reimbursement in order to allow ROSALY to cover shipping costs paid unnecessarily.
